"Promote health and well-being one patient at a time"
Dr. Sue Yang-Eng moved from Taipei, Taiwan at the age of four to Seattle, Washington. As a young child she learned her ABC's in school and studied Mandarin at home, which she did not enjoy at the time. Adjustment into the American ways were challenging on occasions, as home life was very rooted in Chinese traditions and customs. Her first memory to acupuncture was at the age of eight when she watched the practitioner perform a home treatment on her mom to treat migraine. At the end of the session, her mom was up and about, free from pain. It was also not uncommon to find "strange" looking Chinese herbs incorporated into everyday cooking and to be told to "eat it because it is good for you." This early exposure to Chinese medicine at such a young age has led Dr. Sue on a lifelong journey in this field of practice. Passionate about demystifying the world of Chinese medicine, Dr. Sue's goals of promoting health and well-being one patient at a time will also provide insights from another cultural perspective. This follows suit as the word for "doctor" is derived from the Latin verb "docere" meaning "to teach."

What Our Clients Says
I was diagnosed with crohns, ankylosing spondylitis, arthritis, Leaky gut, and a couple of other things along the way. But ultimately no doctor could really say what I had or provide relief. I visited Dr Kimiai after a 12 year health care journey with little hope, but visited Her at the urging of my father who had so much confidence in her practice. After one very thorough visit with her she diagnosed my situation, gave me a regiment of supplements and a prescription, and within 6 weeks my symptoms were completely gone. It’s been 7 months now and I am still in awe. I haven’t felt this good in 12+ years. I can’t recommend her and her team enough.”
